📦 Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy

Dear customers in Cairo and other governorates, please make sure to check and try the item while the courier is still present to confirm the fabric and size.

In case you wish to return:

• If you do not receive the order, you may return it immediately with the courier and only pay the shipping fee.
• If you accept the order, returns are only possible in-store within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return must be accompanied by the original invoice and the item’s barcode tag must be intact.

Please note:

• Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
• Exchanges can still be made in-store, but only for items that are on sale.
